1. Unbox LEDs, remove the rubber flap from the charging port and charge with the provided cable for 30 mins.

2. Optionally, apply the provided double sided velcro to the back of the LED if you want to stick them to a surface. Alternatively you can use the provided rubber bands.

3. Stick anywhere in your cars interior or exterior as you please.
